My cat is scratching herself bald. When we tried to call for an appointment they said we couldn't get in until Saturday. The receptionist said if we had walked in she would have asked us to leave. Im sorry but if I can't count on my vet in an emergency, then I don't really want that vet. Bottom line: I'm sure highland park is great... Right up until you really need them.
