I have always dreaded going to the vet until now. It was so refreshing to go to Best Friends. I was completely confident that my cat was receiving the best care possible and that their first priority was my cat, not their profits. I can't imagine a better vet. And it was nice to see a vet tech who clearly had a ton of experience and wasn't just a kid. Best experience with a vet I have ever had. They will be my vet from now on.

We have found our new vet! After price comparing, I found Best Friends to be the most reasonable. Dr. Kim and Cheryl were very friendly and great with our cats. The attention and care they received was absolutely wonderful.

Very happy with our two pets veterinary care. The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff and Dr V are always there to answer questions for us concerning the care and various options. We always leave the office feeling appreciated as a customer.

We recently moved to the East side of IC and decided to take our 2 boxers to Best Friends. I'm so glad we did! They are by far the best veterinary clinic in the area (I've been to several in IC and NL). Dr. Vercande and her staff are more than welcoming and really made the experience special for each of my dogs. When one of our dogs, Roxy, became terminally ill unexpectedly, they went above and beyond in not only the care they provided her but in the sympathy they showed to us when we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. I have been blown away by the level of service and care they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to taking any pet of mine there!

Staff is friendly and helpful. They spoil my dog. I had my dog's teeth cleaned, and when I picked him up at the end of the day, I learned that he had spent the day on laps and in arms. My dog loves to go visit them. They also carry the food and treats that my dog likes.
