Love love love this group! I feel their care for my pets, and get sound educated advise. Cannot recommend it enough!

I was very disappointed with my entire visit. My cat decided to urinate on himself as I put him in his crate. He had never done this before. Had no choice but to go so I wouldn't be late. To say the least he smelled very bad! When I got to clinic the check in was sooo sloow. 12 minutes later I got to check in. A man had brought his dog in 30 early, so he got my appt. I voiced that I hope I go before him since I was on time for my scheduled appt with a smelly cat. No they took him first. I had asked the receptionist if they groomed she said yes. She would check to see if they could bath my cat. No they couldn't. 40 min into visit i see the vet. He mentioned that my cat did smell and would see if they could clean him up. Nope, they just sprayed smelly stuff on cat and that was it. When leaving I tried to make appt for grooming next morning, no they couldn't see him. So I needed shampoo to try and bath him at home. $10 bottle for 1 time use. I asked if they just had some sample because I don't bath him and no they didn't have any. THis was the most unhelpful disorganized vet I have ever been to. To say the least I will NOT go back. No one care less about the issues.,

This is by far one of the best veterinary establishments I've ever been to (and my 3 cats enthusiastically concur!) Dr. Sanders is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and compassionate, qualities that have translated to excellent care for my feline family members over the years. I have never been made to feel ridiculous or irrational about concerns regarding my pets' health, and Dr. Sanders is always available to address my questions thoroughly. His diagnostic style is comprehensive without indulging in a lot of unnecessary and expensive procedures, which I sincerely appreciate. The support staff at Animal Doctors are also fantastic--courteous and efficient. They even ask after my parents' cats and dog when I come in for appointments. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this place. It's hands down the best care for your furry companions!
