My dog is still in pain and NSAID prescription had 0 refills on it. Asked to get a refill on 20 May 2014. They called me back and approved the refill. Picked up prescription, paid for it and found out they charged me an EXTRA $2.00 for a refill request with less than 24 hour notice. Come on now...at least tell me you are penalizing me for this. So now they are a Dislike Business just for a nickle and diming behavior. With a dog and 2 cats we need a vet and the Small Animal Medical Center has been extremely good to our animals. We originally went to "the other" veterinarian in Mountain Home but switch immediately when we discovered Small Animal Medical Center set up shop. But with no website, I'm going to have to mark them down. Need at least office hours and service offered plus maybe an after-hours emergency contact number on a vets website.
