Always greeted with a smile! They take great care of my 3 boys (ferrets) as well as dote over them when they come in for a visit. Very informative and always helpful with any questions I may have. I wouldn't take my boys to anyone else! They are an absolute pleasure and trust in them fully to take care of my babies needs.

I have been taking my dogs to Natural Pet since 2002, when Isabella was four months old, but this is the first time we have seen Dr. Elisa Katz. Dr. Katz was fully prepared and well aware of Isabella's medical history when we arrived. She did an extremely thorough exam, checking Isabella's legs, her range of motion, her spine and her neck. The neck turned out to be the problem area and Dr. Katz took additional time to try to work out the knot in the muscle. She also found some creakiness in Isabella's foot which she attributes to arthritis. She prescribed additional massage and took the time to show me howto do this. She answered all of my questions completely, and, probably most importantly, she was kind and careful to put Bella at ease during the exam. Isabella is an easy dog, but stubborn. When she doesn't want to do something, she simply sits or lies down. Dr. Katz never lost her cool, and continually told her what a good dog she was and enlisted my (somewhat useless) help in holding Bella up. Everyone at Natural Pet Animal Hospital is kind and caring, from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors - and they pay attention to the humans as well as the dogs, cats, birds, and other non-human animals. I can't say enough good things about this place or the people who work here. It takes me more than an hour to get here but it's well worth the trip.

I set my first appointment with Natural Pet Animal Hospital early this year for my cat, Misty, who is about 16 years old. Her little body had a trembling, and her head was shaking like she had palsy. Even though it's a road-trip, I decided on Natural Pet because their philosophy is different -- they don't just treat symptoms, but try to get to the root cause to help the body heal. When I first walked in the door, it was like no animal clinic I had ever been to before. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming to both animals and humans. Misty doesn't like to be prodded and poked, and upon meeting her, Dr. Katz tried to put her at her ease, sitting on the floor with her, petting her and examining her at the same time. She immediately realized that Misty had an enlarged thyroid and ordered blood and urine tests. Misty was diagnosed with hyper-thyroid and diminished kidneys. Her issues were 3-fold: too much phosphorus in the blood, low potassium, and deydration. Since being on the course of treatment that Dr. Katz prescribed, Misty has improved tremendously. Within a couple of days of taking the potassium and herbal supplements and Epikitin, and getting her first fluid injection, the trembling in her body stopped. I appreciate Natural Pet Animal Hospital and all that Dr. Katz has done for Misty. She was a very sick kitty. She is now more social and back to her sweet loving self again.

I can't say enough about how unique and special this place is!! Dr. Katz is amazing... along with the friendly staff, its a drive but well worth the wonderful experience we had.

Dr. Becker is awesome! You will love the genuine attention and care given each animal. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Highest praise for top of line care.
