Dr. Andy is a true animal lover. He shows his professionalism in every diagnosis he makes. Very experienced and always informative. He gives you his professional and experienced input for you to make a educated decision pertaining the health and even training of your pet. The receptionist is always nice and making appointments is always fast and easy.

Great Place To Take Your Pet!.

Dr. Andy knows his stuff (which is sadly rarer and rarer these days) and will he not take you out to the cleaners when it comes time to pay the bill

Dr. Andy is amazing! He's incredibly warm, gentle and affectionate, and his love for animals is very evident. His exams are thorough and thoughtful. He always takes the time to explain what he's doing and why and to answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed or ignored. And yes, his accent is thick, but pay close attention and not only will you understand him -- you'll also find that he's got a great sense of humor (referring to testicles as diamonds, so good!). The office itself is clean, brightly colored and very well kept. It has a warm and inviting feel. The services are totally affordable, especially for the quality of care your pet will receive. The front desk receptionist isn't the friendliest, but hey, you can't have it all. Although the office isn't anywhere near my neighborhood, the long drive is well worth the love and care Dr. Andy gives my little guy. Cannot recommend highly enough! Dr. Andy and Chicago Pet Clinic deserve every single high mark they've gotten.

I took my dog because she seemed to have been losing some hair. Turns out she had a allergy reaction to some food i gave her. The place was nice. The only thing I didn't like was that they had a cat roaming around the desk area. Not a big fan of cats neither is my dog. Any way, the doctor was so nice to Sophia . talking to her through the whole process , sweet talking her. I ended up getting a lot of meds for her and paid almost 200. for everything that he did and all the meds I got. great! My old vet, I would of paid twice then that . Will be going back.
