So I called and ask to make an appointment for my puppy that has a really bad lump on his head and I don't know why and I was told I should get it looked at but they will not be able to help me cause they are too busy??? Like I said they must be good then, it left me feeling like they didn't care about animals just business, if they couldn't help you would think that they would want to make sure that you have the next best thing (and they can recommended) if I was them and was lucky enough to be so busy I would at least make sure I kept up my reputation of customer service. She could have made suggestions on where else I could go but nothing just sorry we can't see you at all this year in those exact words lol wow. not very nice of them..

its sucked, just by talking over the phone to the receptionist, i could tell she was not going to help. they told me that janda was busy and they said they couldn't help me. very poor service.
