Just started bringing my dog here and he's loving it! Everyone I've met there appears genuinely caring and attentive to the dogs. The best review I can give is from Max's perspective and since he can't talk I'll just tell you that when I pick him up he doesn't want to leave :)

Bear gets so excited every time we open a car door, because he thinks that means he's going to Central Bark. The only time he pulls his leash anymore is when we get out of the car at Central Bark. This tells me all I need to know about how much he likes it.

We actually don't know who that reviewer (Jennifer) even is, nor do we recall the situation she describes. Additionally, we would NEVER act in the manner in which she describes. Hopefully it was posted in error.
