I don't agree with the other reviewer at all. They are far from cold-hearted. They treated my cat fseverally several years to his life that he wouldn't have otherwise had and took the time to train me on how to give him the special care he required. He has passed on now, but when the receptionist found out he had died (I wasn't even living in the state at that time, she had just recognized my mother and asked about my cat) she got my address and sent me a super sweet card! I've always received excellent service and advice and recommend this clinic to anyone!
