Very bad experience. We were referred to this place to get Natal X-rays for a puppy count. We had conception dates confirmed with the breeder, and yet the vet INSISTED that we didn't know what we were talking about, his estimate of a due date was off by 15 days. WOW. He was very arrogant, insisting that his say on all matters was the FINAL say. He was very reluctant to give us copies of the xrays, and after insisting with the receptionist, were offered to purchase a CD of the images for $10. If you have an AKC Registered purebred animal, do NOT go to this place. Learn from our lesson and go were your breeder goes... even if you have to travel any distance to get there!

I took my cat here because I thought he had some type of upper respiratory infection or conjunctivitus. it took awhile for the staff to acknowledge my presence, and it was abit of a wait to see the doc. It was worth the wait because the doctor turned out to be very caring and seemed to genuinely want to help animals. We talked for a while, and he determined it was a URI. 5 days on antibiotics and my cat is feeling and looking great, only cost 50 dollars for the exam and the meds with same day notice.

We took our dog "Chance" in for vaccines in Oct. the DR was a little leery of him because he is a Pit that is dog aggressive so we muzzled him. The exam went well and we were pleased with the service and cost. "Chance" and his little brother "Rico" went runnin on our sunday at the school and Chance found some barb wire. He got tangled in and cut his leg to the meat. When we got there we were treated great and the Dr wasnt going to hesitate to take him in for surgery to stitch him up immediatly. With caring and compassion to both him and us I have found a VET FOR LIFE! What a great experience!

Friendy staff they helped out so much with information about my new puppy def will keep going there.

Dr.Helland took care my animals years ago he is really great with our 2 yorkies. We have never had a problem with him or Dr.Saunders. I'm sure there are a lot of wonderful vets out there, but I would rather have a vet that has as much experience as these two. I feel like I can depend on what they tell us.
