Terrible experience with LISA WOODSIDE. Her condescending tone, nonexistent patience, and complete lack of sympathy made an already difficult circumstance completely unbearable. She clearly does not care about her patients, or the fact that they are on their death bed. If you want a vet that is an actual human being, this is not the place for you.

This place is great. The vets are knowledgeable, compassionate, and tell you the truth. Pet care is rather costly but after using these guys regularly for almost 20 years, I have found there is nothing that can't be worked out. A couple of years ago we had to put down our showdog hall of fame stud dog. It is the only time I've ever seen a vet cry openly when soing this. They know their stuff. You couldn't be in better hands.

This place claimed they had positive payment plans. Their idea of a positive payment plan is a collection agency. My family is now in $500 of financial hardship and have to pay it back for a pet they could not even save within 30 days. After they promised us that we only had to pay $25 a month. They stated that they would have a technician there all night with my best friend's deathly ill dog, and they ended up not, the dog had bed sores, and they still charged him for the all night stay. When the charges were questioned, they were very snappy, then charged the entire thing to his credit card. I would not trust these people. They are shady.

Excellent service and facilities. Top notch vets, and the entire group has their stuff together. I have travelled 35 miles to keep my dogs here during vacation.
