We recently changed our veternarian service from Pendleton Veternarian Clinic to South Anderson. Dr. Park took care of our new puppy. We were very impressed by the friendly professional manner during our visit. They offer many more services and overall the experience was so much better than what we have had in the past. Reading some of the reviews, it would seem we went to different clinics. I would also add that prescribing meds sight unseen can be a dangerous practice and don't blame them at all for not wanting to break their protocols.
