This is by far the best animal hospital I have ever taken my pets to. The staff is the most friendly, loving group of people on the planet. They truly love their jobs, make you feel welcome, and also make you feel that your pet is the only important pet they have that day. They do this with EVERYONE. The doctors have taken care of three of my dogs including my new puppy who is in their daycare program right now. These dogs have all thrived under their care and the care of their fantastic staff. My puppy is so well taken care of that I hope I am doing as good of a job at home!! I wish that there were more stars available to rate this hospital. I am thankful to have found it.

I don't know what it is that these people do in their, but my baby went in perfectly fine and came out looking like a zombie!!!!! My little one is always all jumpy and hyper, always excited and playful but when I got her from her check up/beauty touch up she was almost unrecognizable. She looks like shes been HEAVILY drugged and isn't responsive at all, she was also suppose to get her nails clipped and a trim on her coat. THE PERSON WHO DID THIS MUST HAVE BEEN HEAVILY DRUGGED THEM SELF, her nails are all cut unevenly and her coat in all chopped up. It looks like some one just went crazy with a pair of scissors on her, she even has cuts and small slashes on her legs. I don't know if shes going to be alright, her paws feel like their burning and she isnt responsive what so ever, later on when my daughter gets home I'll have her post a video on the YouTube so every one can see what they REALLY do to these poor animals. till then im going to have to wait till my husband brings her from another DIFFERENT vet that I have gone to. . . . All I know is that if my baby hits a turn for the worse, these sick people are definitely going to be hearing from my lawyers!

I have been going to the four seasons animal hospital for over 6 years with all of my pets. Every time I enter the building I get greeted by name. They make me feel very welcome. Recently my cat had not been able to use the bathroom correctly I called the four seasons animal hospital and they got me in right away! I was in and out in no time and in just a few days while the antibiotic kicked in my cat has never felt better! I can't say how much I appreciate the compassion me and my cat experienced while at the animal hospital.

Ever since we moved from Kansas to Indiana in 2008 , i've been taking my dog to this place . At first i was pretty happy with them , they did just fine , but of course that's because my dog wasn't sick or anything . Then in summer 2011 , my dog was having her annual check up , and the vet , mentioned about my schnauzer being too porky . Okay , let's leave it at that , she's 20 lbs , and she was healthy , and that's all i cared . Then in august 2011 , she suddenly had diahrea , took her to the vet , but the medicine she gave my dog didn't help , my dog lost 10% of her weight overnight and hence needed to be hospitalized . Dr Glenn never said anything what caused the diahrea etc . She stayed there for 2 nights , and ever since then , my dog didn't really eat as much as she used to . She seemed like having less and less appetite , even if we switched her food because we thought she was bored . Eventually .. i noticed that she's getting skinnier each time . So in October i brought her in , and dr.Barbara , was very happy seeing my dog not as porky anymore , and she was only 14 lbs !!! Within 2 months she lost 5 lbs and she was happy about it . I was still suspicious .. but since the vet said it's good .. she's not as fat anymore .. what can i say ? I am not a vet .. but i was still worried , her appetite never went back to normal .On christmas day suddenly she was very lethargic ( we were in Texas by this time ) and we took her to ER , but we couldn't save her .. she had to be put down because she wasn't responding to anything . The ER where i took her did the best they could and it was a good hospital too ( Gulf Coast Vet Hospital in Houston ) . Long story short .. i think it all began in the August 2011 when she was hospitalized for 2 days because of diahrea and the vet at this Four seasons animal hospital never really followed up or never really checked thoroughly what was wrong with my baby girl . I lost my dog .. if only they did a thorough check up on her and not being happy because she's not as porky as they claimed her to be . I hope nobody will have to go through this !!! Take your dog somewhere else .

I was very unhappy with the boarding service.I had my dog there and when he came out he drank soo much water, which I have never seen him drink so much water. I think they did not give enough water. Also, when I picked him up they couldn't find the dog's pillow and toys. Shouldn't that have been with my dog? I gave it to him to have with him all the time.
