Above average on hospitality and genuine care of our pet. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind and polite and helpful. The area is always clean. Most importantly, they genuinely care about the pets!

Our little Yorkie had to have dental work, and I was very fearful of having it done because he has a collapsed trachea and anesthesia is risky. As it turned out, he needed to have all teeth removed and required a bone marrow graft in his jaw because infection was widespread. Dr. Laura did the procedure. She was so thorough. Tests were performed before the procedure, we were kept informed while the procedure was taking place, and we were able to take him home as soon as possible. A vet tech met us when we came for him and explained everything to us. Follow up phone calls were made to our home, and we had follow up visits. I could not believe the care our little fur baby received. It was just outstanding. A group of professionals who truly care is what you'll find at Village East.
