Since this place is open weekends, it is your only option besides the NE Animal Hospital on Maplecrest. My cat was bleeding from a dog bad attack. They refused to work unless I paid in advance. I also waited quite some time while the tech entered me into the computer (15 mins or so) while my cat was bleeding. Well, luckily my dad was there and let me borrow the money. The doctor did well on the stitches, but they sent me away with a cat carrier with urine and feces in it. It was not cheap, but I don't think stitches are cheap anyway. It was about 450$. Take it how you may, I will stick with my regular vet unless I have no other option.

I've been taking my dog to Banfield Hospitals since I've had him and I've been taking him to this one since I moved up here. I love them! I've never had any problems with appointments or waiting. Everyone is super friendly, patient and informative. We even had an emergency and they told me they would get him in as soon as I could get there. They wanted to do a bunch of tests which i couldn't afford so the doctor recommended the tests that he felt were necessary, but i never felt forced into anything! I do pay for their insurance which saves me hundreds every year, all the visits are free and you get a discount on all meds. I feel all vets are expensive but this one recommends ways to keep your bill down. I'm always comfortable when I go in there and feel like they actually care about your pets.

Horrible!! The vet I saw barely speak english, I am a foreign myself and I think to have that kind of job you need to learn english better!! The vet didn't know what he was talking about I took my cat there and he told me to take to a different vet because he didn't know what to do, when I been paying for this scam vet clinic for over a year. I took my cat to a different vet at Indian creek vet and she was awesome, she knew what she was talking about and my cat did not need any emergency surgery like the other vet said. It's a big bs this vet, they make you write a 2 years contract and you barely use their service and when u use you still have to pay.......be away!!!

I went there on a slow day during the week and it still took them forever to get me in with an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and pushy. She was also texting the whole time. This clinic is very money oriented. On the other hand the VETS WERE GREAT and had my pet in mind!
