Not a good place to take your dedicated friend! I took my dog in for a simple neuter. when I spoke with Dr. Cawood, I suggested having a cyst removed from my dogs back while already being put under for his neuter. well, somewhere along the line, communication failed. another doctor did the neuter and someone forgot to tell her to remove the cyst. instead, they charged me $20.00 to drain it. it lasted over night and the fluid was back in the cyst. when I picked my dog up, I had asked the assistant why it was only drained. she had no explanation. I had spoke on the phone with Dr. Cawood about a prescription matter in the mean time. I had asked him why it was not removed. he told me it was a lack of communication, the other doctor did not receive all the information about the removal. she just chose to have it drained. not only was I charged the first 20 for having it drained (which was pointless) I had to pay an additional $60.00 to take him back in to have it done the way it should have been done in the first place. now, question of the day is...why should I have to pay for their lack of communication? A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! not to mention, this kept my dog down for another 2 weeks. terrible service. seems to be a matter of making a buck. not the love for my dog.
