would not recommend at all! money hungry and no compassion. We brought In our dying cat and they seemed to care less. Time was critical for our cat, but it was late at night and we couldn't get money out until the banks opened. They refused to work with us. The lady was extremely rude and her response was "tough luck, you have to wait." What a bunch of monsters. Avoid at all costs!

WAY OVER PRICED and front desk lady had NO CARE for very sick pets. Brought my 3mo. old kitten in who was suffering from a serious Upper Respiratory Infection. She was having trouble breathing, discharge from her eyes, had blood pouring from her nose and sneezing constantly. When I check in the lady at the front desk look at my kitten and said "oh she's fine you can wait." WHAT?! I ask how long that wait would be and she said a couple hours! Ridiculous! After waiting 30 minutes my kitten was getting much worse and now even struggling to breathe from for mouth. In my 3rd attempt to get help and went up to a new lady and told her my kitten cat can't wait anymore and needs to be seen immediately, thankfully the new lady complied and took her in. Only gets a second star because the vet and his assistant where really nice and helpful.

A few days ago I had to visit because my lab got hit by a car. He had major injuries to his back legs, possible brain and spine issues. So the choice was for him to be put to sleep, they allowed me to stay with him while the doctor did it. I had multiple assistants check up on me while I wait for the doctor to give me more information on him. I was/am very upset that I had to make that choice but I know its harder on the doctors since they cant help in some situations. They sent me a sorry card, personally signed from the doctor and two days later I got his paw prints in the mail. I have had to put down many dogs in my life time and no other veterinarian has sent me paw prints or personally signed a card. Thank you for everything you tried to do for him.

I truly cannot provide enough positive attributes for the entire staff of N.I.V.E.S. Dr. Coolman recently performed surgery on my Bernese Mountain Dog to repair a torn ACL, and my family has also worked with Dr. Totten and Dr. Kitson over the years. All of the veterinarians are exceptional and brilliant in their own specific fields. Throughout the entire care process, everyone at N.I.V.E.S. is continuously kind, compassionate, and gracious. They treat my pets like they are the hospital's only patients, and the staff's depth of knowledge and professionalism know no bounds. Whenever my animals must be admitted to N.I.V.E.S., I feel fortunate to walk out the door knowing my furry family members are in the best place possible. For the finest imaginable care for your pets, I highly recommend N.I.V.E.S. There is no doubt in my mind where I should go when my animals are sick or injured. Took our dog there to have a torn ACL repaired...answered all of our questions and made us very comfortable. Took follow up phone calls after I brought her home and once again answer all of my question as well as gave me instructions for her care. Very friendly and caring.
