I have always taken my pets here and they have always been wonderful. My dog Dusty was attacked by a Pitt Bull a few years ago, his ears ripped off, face hanging off, he was absolutely horribly injured; we didn't think he would make it but we rushed him out to the vet and they immediately told us to pull around back. By the time our car was there the entire staff was bustling out the door and they all began calling out, "Oh no, Dusty!" And it was so comforting that they knew him right away without us even having to give them a name, it made me feel that he was in safe hands. They immediately began cleaning him and prepping him for emergency surgery, they called in extra vets and techs and called us throughout the evening. The girls even took turns staying there with him at night because he was so traumatized by the attack and afraid because he was in pain and could no longer hear. Dusty made a full recovery thanks to this vet clinic. We never would have been able to afford his care anywhere else either, but they would never turn a hurting animal away. I cannot explain how much everything they did meant to us. We love this clinic!

Went there after a lot of neighbor recommendations so I assume there are some good things about them.. HOWEVER.. I had my dog neutered there last week and when I thought something wasn't right.. (at first I thought it was just swelling) I brought him back today. The doctor left a testicle in!!!!! so my dog was operated on for a 2nd time in a week. When I picked him up I never got an explanation nor an apology. Oh.. and when I was there to pick him up, there was a lady there to pick up the correct medication for her dog after getting the wrong medication. We will not be going back..

The front desk staff can either be friendly or not. I have seen both instances. Fortunately, I have always been treated well but I have witnessed others being treated poorly. The price is very affordable. I like being able to go in and get exactly what I need without feeling the sales-pitch pressure to have every available service done. I also like that this office is rescue friendly. UPDATE: I typically do not give poor rating based on one veterinarian at a practice or one bad experience. After our visit here a few moments ago, I was ready to come here and share just how rude and disrespectful the vet was and delete anything good I've ever said about this place. I have changed my mind though and just want to add that IF you go here, please be sure to see one of the Millers or Karsteter.

The staff is just fantastic----I've been coming since their office was in a trailer----years ago. They are so caring and compassionate--very knowledgeable and helpful--I would never go any where else---I rate them and their services---!00% plus. They have cared for several of my dogs thru the years---they are the best!! God Bless them and their faithful work with our pets.

I made the mistake of taking my dog here. Not sure of which vet I saw but he told me my dog had mange (all without any type of skin test) he then gave my dog a shot for the so called mange. The shot had side effects that I was not told about. Come to find out my dog has an agrly and the change of diet fixed the problem. We went there for an ear infection. And to top it all off we paid over $100.00. I now take my dog to the vet in harrison and have never paid that price and got the ear infection and skin issue cleared up in one trip. Of u take ur pet here do so on @ ur own risk.
