We have taken Shane there since the day we brought him home for the shelter 13 years ago. The care is exceptionally compassionate and comprehensive. If I were to have on criticism, because they take such time to listen to their pet parents, they can run a little behind. They are, however, really good about letting people call in and see if Dr Deb is running on time or not and the scheduling is extremely flexible. Otherwise, Dr Deb always listens to pet parent concerns, is up to date on the latest treatments and therapies, which is particularly important to us having a senior dog.
