This location, and I'm sure this is true of all of them, would like to charge you fees for services that 1) you don't ask for and 2) you don't need. Then they try to say that it is policy. Well, I asked for that policy and they could not provide it as a written policy. No more business from me...and hopefully you will stay away from here, too. Especially with all the VCA and local vets so nearby.
