Make you feel like a number, no compassion, not very good communicators. Also not clear on charges, had a lot of hidden cost.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the people at this VCA hospital. They were very kind, and helpful and saved a very sick dog from a horrible death due in large part to a misdiagnosis from a different vet. My dog has a rare disease called Addisons, which VCA figured out the night I brought my nearly dead dog in to their care. I am forever grateful for everything they've done. It was extremely expensive to have the work done, but I have the love of my life here with me, and you can't put a price on that.

We took our sick cat here. We thought she had been poisoned. The staff had us call poison control to save us money. It would have cost more if they had called. They were very caring and honest. It turns out our cat had fluid around her heart. The doc gave us all our options and explained things very well. We chose to put her to sleep so she wouldn't suffer. And everyone was very sympathetic. They even sent a sorry for your loss card. If we every have another emergency with an animal we will be going back to them.

I was very pleased with our emergency visit to The Bash St. Animal Center. The doctor took a lot of time to explain things to me and made sure I understood. She did a thorough exam, explained treatment options and made sure my dog was in better shape leaving than coming in. The technicians, assistant and receptionist were very caring and sympathetic and handled my dog gently and treated me with respect. Granted the visit was expensive, but all emergency room visits are much more expensive than a regular office call. I would recommend this Animal Emergency Center to my friends.
