Allison Lane has taken good care of Lucy, our Yorkie. We don't use the grooming services any more, but the Doctor care has been very good. We really like the young lady Doctor, she is very caring and gentle with our pup. This is our first experience with a Vet Office, so I have nothing to compare it to. I too am concerned about the prices seems like we always come home with 2 or 3 medications, have did a little research about shots and medication for dogs, and the consensus is they aren't all necessary. But Lucy continues to do well, and for right now we have no plans to change anything. Wish they would take the Care Credit card that's why we got it to have in case of emergencies, but like others said cash up front.

Over the last 10 years, we have had 4 cats taken care of by the wonderful staff at Allison Lane Animal Hospital. We have been through everything from the joy of having a newborn kitten checkup all the way through end of life services with our elderly cats. We have seen all of the vets at one time or another and they are all wonderful, compassionate people. I would definitely send anyone their way...they are the BEST!!

After experiencing veterinarian care services both in Europe as well as in the United States I would say that Allison Lane Animal Hospital has been the best by far. I have had animals all my life and Dr. Roberts care impresses me the most. The personal care and service my animals have received from him is second to none. He makes them feel comfortable around him and he spends time with them insuring they feel loved and cared for. My last animal was a cat which I loved dearly and when she died of old age and extremely bad allergies, I almost died with her. After her loss Dr. Roberts and his staff continued their excellent service and sent my family a sympathy card signed by him, his wife and all the staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Melanie Roberts. When there are issues within the realm of her expertise, she is willing to listen to suggestions, and will try them. When she knows that something is beyond her realm of expertise -- she will let you know right away so that bad situations can be avoided. She took time to call me on her day off several times to help with my situation with my epileptic dog. I am appreciative to have had her for most of my dog's life.

We have been with Allison Lane for 12yrs I have been very please. Toby loves the groomer. The only one he will let groom him. The only problem I have with them is they wont help you by letting you make payments which is so sad because our animals is Family and its like your children needing medical help and the drs wont treat them unless you pay upfront. It's so sad and heart breaking that this world has no feelings anymore for caring for the living and money seems to be all that is important.
