We had been going to a different, highly recommended vet in the area and only went there and stayed there because of the recommendations. The vet and the staff were very lack luster. Boy were we suprised at Lake Station Pet Clinic! Everyone was very knowledgable and thorough. No vet and staff has every paid that much attention to my dog with questions, concerns and general love for him before! All the other vets we had gone to treated us like a number, but not here! Their prices are competitive and the hours are great for us working parents. They have several docs to choose from, so you just are not waiting on one vet to see everyone like we had at our prior vet. We are so happy we found a keeper!!!

Horrible treatment and pricing... We recently moved and adopted a second cat. We started taking our cats here. All three times we were overcharged by 50 to 75 percent on the last three visits. Two visits being vaccinations and the other being a two paw declaw and spay. The suturing that was done for the spaying looked horrible and like they could just fall out. We will not be returning to this pet clinic. A very poor job in pet medicine, billing, and professionalism.

They offer a good deal on pet grooming on the first Wednesday of each month.
