Dr. Bill has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced! He was just wonderful with my pets (my dog is usually very scared of males) and Dr. Bill took his time with Murphy and by the end of our visit, Murphy was ignoring me to get attention from Dr. Bill! What I also loved about my visit, was before he gave Murphy any vaccines, he explained why the vaccine would benefit Murphy, and why it was imporant to have it. I have been to vets in the past who didn't let me know anything they were doing!
