Took my dog here after she ate half a bag of dark chocolate. I looked up before going, she ate borderline the lethal limit for a dog her size. I chose to stop here because it was the closest (life-threatening conditions require that sort of thing). She throws up in the car on the way over. I rush in and tell the lady at the counter that my dog ate pretty close to the lethal amount of dark chocolate. I'm over here fearing for her life and the lady just hands me a form to fill out and says I have to hold my dog in my lap since I don't have a leash. One hour and one soiled pair of pants later we finally get in a room. Then the vet wants to take an xray to see how much foil wrapping is in my dog. Half an hour after that, I'm still sitting. Alone. Half-digested chocolate seeping through my pants. Thinking about how I'll never get the smell of the half-digested chocolate out of my car. Nearly vomiting myself because I am now the worst-smelling thing I've been around for a long time.
