They care about the pets and pet owners. When we were going through the dying process of our German Shorthair, that we had for fourteen years, they were amazing. They were honest and took all the time we needed to help us. I couldn't imagine taking our 'zoo' any place else as their thoroughness and care is amazing.

I cannot imagine taking my pets to anyone else! The doctors, assistants and receptionists are so friendly and caring. They learn my pet's name and greet us both when we enter the facility. The doctors take the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel that I am not asking good questions or that I am wasting their time. I admit to being worried when I received the letter that Dr. Tim was moving and a new doctor would be joining the practice. However, I have seen Dr. Jon twice and am pleased with his services. I think he will fit in well with Dr. Cathy and Dr. Gary and their level of patient service.
