Each time we've gone in we have been treated extremely well. They always make time for our fur babies, and seem to genuinely care. I won't go anywhere else. We live 30 minutes away and I will purposely go out of my way to bring our babies to El Paso. We love them that much. They are cost effective, compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, & all around amazing.

We would recommend to any animal lover. Our terrier tore both of his ACLs (weeks apart) and underwent two ACL surgeries, as well as having a few teeth pulled. They were so kind and compassionate. While we were fearful he'd never walk again, he is now 100% healed. We credit this staff with saving our dog's life. They are by far the best vet clinic in Kansas. To put icing on the cake, their prices are unbeatable. Both surgeries & the teeth cleaning were under what we were quoted for 1 surgery at another clinic.

This is the first time I have ever posted a review, so here it goes.. My parents began taking our dog to El Paso about 4 years ago, and a year ago I got my own puppy. I knew instantly that I was going to take my puppy to them as well. They have always been great to us, and you can really tell that they care about your pet! One evening, after hours of course, my dog was really sick (we think she ate something she should not have). I called the emergency after hours number and the vet answered. He said, "I will meet you there in 15 min." This is how I know that they truly care about my "baby". The vet pulled into the parking lot right after we did. We went inside and he immediately started looking her over and decided that she should be kept overnight. The next day after work I was able to go pick her up and she was doing much better. The bill was not too outrageous either, not like it would have been if I would of taken her to the actual emergency vet. The people working there are beyond awesome, and I really appreciate them going the extra mile for my four legged friend!

My Daschund Roxi was attacked by a larger dog and had several puncture wounds on her chest, My regular vet was not available so my wife brought her to El Paso. She had to wait 15 minutes before being seen, even though the dog was bleeding. After getting in the room the Vet treated the visit as a checkup or something... he was more interested in selling a $14 bottle of ear cleaner instead of taking care of her wounds. I also found out that the Vet used hydrogen peroxide to clean out the wounds which according to my regular vet is a big no-no. At any rate, the Vet cleaned the wounds, applied some ointment and bandaged her up. After I got home from work I took a look at my dog and found another puncture wound that the Vet apparently missed? I bandaged her up myself and I had my wife take the dog to my regular vet earlier today. My Vet ended up stitching up her wounds since they were still open and bleeding. My Vet also explained that the meds prescribed by the El Paso vet were un-necessary and it appeared that he was trying to maximize his profit by "selling" meds that werent needed. Needless to say... I wouldnt bring any pet to this place, Ill stick with my regular vet or the emergency pet hospital on washington. I DO NOT reccommend anyone bringing their pet to this place.

I took my dog there for the first time, and they were very quick and courteous. I got into a room immediately, which was surprising for a walk-in clinic. The vet, Mike Walsh, was very friendly and patient. He was fabulous as was the rest of the staff. I will definitely be returning!
