Dr. Koontz has always made me feel like my pet is important to him and I have never felt hurried or rushed as he has always taken lots of time to answer my many questions. He always describes in detail any procedures that need to happen to.
Dr. Koontz and his staff give our girl Dottie (4 year old English Bulldog) lot's of loving care and services. They are the only people in Eldorado we trust to minister to her grooming, boarding, and medical needs. This is truly a professional and pet friendly operation.
Dr. Koontz and his staff are among the very best. They helped us take care of our two Schnauzers and when the time finally say good bye to our furry friends they gave extra special treatment. They will always be the best in the El Dorado area in my book.
The doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are always friendly and take the time to listen and help with any problems that arise with our pets.
