Our dog Obey went in for a regular haircut. Being there before, the employees knew he didn;t like to be touched because he came from a bad home before us. We wheren't there in the room when he passed away, but they called us saying he had a panic attack and died on the spot. We don't know how far they pushed him, because he only used to have them in extreme situations. We lost our dog. We got our dog back in a body bag.

Dr. Stenstrom is amazing! Even though I used a different vet in town, that sent me away on two different emergency occasions, he was the one opening the door to us and check out our pups. This lead me to switching from my old vet, where I left tons of money to go to his place because I do not appreciate being sent away in an legit emergency. Note the emergencies did not happen after hours! He looked at both of our pups on those two different occasions and helped us get them healthy as quick as possible. He explained everything well and won't try and sell you something you really don't need. I can only highly recommend this facility they will open their doors for you no matter if you are a previous customer or not! Our pups are sure thankful for him and the staff of Animal Care Clinic.

THEY RIP YOU OFF. They overcharge us for our 7month old puppy that got diagnosed with parvo and didnt give us the correct information on how to treat him and my puppy was progressing very slow. they didnt tell us that we had to change the IV line in case of infection. THE DOCTOR TOLD US THAT HE WILL WORK WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE HAD UNTIL 2DAYS AFTER WE GET PAID, and told us that the IV bags are $20 each and parvo test was 40, then turns around and charges us 48 for IV bags and $87 for parvo test.... Now if you asked me, he didnt really know the prices, or he was just doing it for show saying he was trying to help. when we tried to confront them about the charges he wouldnt come out to talk to us and the receptionist was there in the room and then when i confronted her and she didnt have anything to say but "i have to go by the computer". A very sorry visit.

Dr. Stenstrom and his staff are fantastic. We've been using them for all of our dogs for over 15 years. The care they have received is nothing more than spectacular. Our Dachshund was in extremely bad shape when we brought her in, and through the hard work and care at the office, then prompt transfer to KSU Veterinary Hospital, she is able to walk again. I would advise anyone looking for a veterinarian in the Junction City area to go to the Animal Care Clinic. They are also very supportive of our military, just all around good Americans.

My dogs are like my children. Dr Stenstrom is the only Vet I trust with my babies. Best vet in the Junction City area!
