This place is extremely dirty and unhygenic. We took our puppy here to get her ears clipped and when we picked her up she smelled like urine, was given no pain medication, had a terrible wrapping job, and was filthy. She even had dried blood all over her that they did not bother to clean off from the procedure. Three days after, even though the wraps were not soiled in any way, she suffered from a serious infection. After taking her to our normal vet, he recommended never taking her there ever again, and was visibly upset with what they did. If you care about your pet, DO NOT take them here.
