Literally the worst veterinary clinic I've ever been to. They were very rude the first time we brought our cat in, like it was an inconvenience for them to have deal with our sick cat in the night. In the end it didn't work out with our cat, They said they would never charge us more than our down payment without letting us know. Next thing we know we're charged for more than we had initially put down when they said we were getting refunded since they didn't treat him the day we put him down. My Fiance has been calling to try to get answers and they've been nothing but rude.
My friend is blind. Her guide dog got sick, she spent her savings at her normal vet, she was referred to KSU vet med. I offered to help by paying and letting her pay me back. The doctors were ok, but I feel they guilted her into tests that were not needed as they said they would make no difference in the dogs treatment, or odds of recovery and yet implied that if she didn't allow them then her dog must not be that important. In the end the doctors got an extra $1500 out of her for what amounted to extra teaching opportunities. My real problem was with the office staff, little gems like that they can add to your bill at anytime after it is paid. I can't get them to give me anything saying the bill has been paid off and they added extra stuff twice now in the last 2 months. The last was a catheter after surgery, which the doctor said didn't happen. I disputed it and the billing lady removed it then added a second one before the surgery and told me I couldn't dispute it because that doctor wouldn't be available before the bill was due.
They were amazing with my 1 yr old chihauhau. Jenna Reynolds instantly made my pupppy feel at home by petting her while she went over possible vaccinations, explaining them in detail for me. It took a little bit longer than expected but I cannot complain. While my puppy was in the back Jenna and the staff gave her loving attention making the experience great for her. Friendly Staff and the Vet students are Supervised by experienced Professors.
