I appreciate the care and attention Dr. Stamps and his staff show me and my pets. I drive a fair distance but feel the service Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills provides is more than worth it.

Dr. Stamps and the Staff at Animal Hospital at Auburn Hill are concerned about the well being of the pets as well as the owners. They treat their pets like family and extend the same care and concern to all who walk through the doors. We started seeing Dr. Stamps with our first dog Daisy and continued when we got our second dog Murphy. He was very patient with our million questions and spoke in a way that we could understand, without talking down to us. We always appreciated being part of the conversations and treatment options. Comparing our services with friends who went to other vet offices, we paid about average around town for service, but received the best quality of care. The staff was very attentive to our busy lives, willing to squeeze us in whenever we could. Everytime we called for a question or appointment, the staff knew who we were and who our dogs were without having to ask. The service we received was very personalized, from the reminder mailings, the report cards on each visit, to the follow up phone call the next day. With Dr. Stamps and his staff, we felt like part of the family. We recently moved out of state, and I was sad to have to leave such a warm and caring place. Our pets were well taken care of and I'm not sure we will be able to find the care and service we received at Animal Hospital at Auburn Hill. We highly recommend Dr. Stamps for anyone in the Wichita area.

We have 2 puppies that receive excellent care at Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills! You can tell by walking in that they really do care about you and your pets needs and offer helpful advice and professional service. We (our puppies included) actually LIKE going in to see our friends at AHAH! HIGHLY recommended!

Dr. Stamps and his staff genuinely care about your pet. They listen to your concerns and are willing to do what is necessary to make your pet healthy and happy. No matter whether I call one week, one day, or one hour before I come in, I have never been turned down when my dog needs immediate attention. My dog has ongoing health problems and he makes sure she has the medicine she needs and the tests necessary. Recently, they began giving a Pet Health Report Card. I love how it reminds me of what we have discussed and courses of treatment recommended. Knowing that Dr. Stamps truly treasures my dog and all animals is why I would never take her to any other vet in Wichita.

We took our Golden Retriever, who had a rash, to the Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills on a whim because we live in Auburn Hills and our normal vet is on the other side of town. After a long wait for our scheduled appointment, they were insensitive, did several un-necessary exams, made us believe we needed serveral prescriptions, and told us they would need to sedate him (another hundred dollars) in order to put the spray on him to relieve the itching. We were in shock at the final bill of a few hundred dollars and also at the way they thought our very gentle dog just "might" bite them. We did not sedate him and we took the (costly) spray home with us and did it ourselves. Our normal vet was very empathetic at our circumstances and we took our dog to him the following Monday. Our vet across town instructed us that we needed a cortisone shot for him, and just to take him outside (he is an very spoiled indoor dog) :) and just hose him off as much as we can with some cool water and to be gentle around the spots he is scratching. His many, many years of experience once again saved us and our wonderful doggie was fine in no time! I wouldn't take our dog to the Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills even in an emergency...because I know he will be loved and cared for elsewhere.
