I went in for my kitten's checkup, she had quite a few issues and I needed to ask the vet a number of questions. I get there, they just take my kitten with her kennel, and tell me I cannot speak to the vet. Excuse me? I can't ask the vet the plethora of questions about my new kitten, because he doesn't want to see his customers? Never coming here again. I decided to go to another vet who actually had the time in his precious schedule for his customer's questions.

This is the worst place anyone could go to take their pets. If you care about your dog or cat or hamster or whatever the hell you have, don't bring them here. The staff is rude and obnoxious for no reason and it's incredible how poorly we were treated when we went. There isn't anywhere to park, and even if you're there for the reason of taking your pet for care, if they don't recognize your vehicle, they'll threaten to tow it and call the cops. It's a headache and totally absurd. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

Worse place ever. They were going to let me pet die if I didn't do test. The meds he was on were going to eat his liver eventually. He was 12 and had been on these meds for 6 years. They were going to let him Grande mal sezier without his med. Thanks to Caring Hearts he got the meds with no test and lived 5 more years

This is by far the best place to take your pets....
