My husband and I have used Northrock Hospital and its great staff since 1988. They are all courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in and kind to our pets. We have had three dogs with them and have always felt like our pets, aka family members, were in good hands...especially when grave health issues arose. Because our pets are family, we take their health and well being very seriously. I would recommend Northrock to any person who needs a vet and a support system to your pet's good health and longevity.

When I take my Siberian/Mix Husky Shadow I am always pleased with the condition of the Lobby and exam rooms. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As far as the attention the is given to Shadow, he looks forward to going to Northrock. He gets upset when he is in the back of the Jeep if I stop by and I don't take him in. I would recommend Northrock Hospital For Animals to anyone that had a pet and wanted to make sure that he/she were well taken care of.

Dr. Rypma and her staff took very good care of my little boy Sarge until he passed. They were very kind and caring, to both Sargie and myself. Loosing my little boy was one of the hardest things that has happened to me and the entire staff sent me a very kind card with one of the most touching sayings about the way we feel about our pets. When I get another dog, I won't consider any other vet to take them to. Thank you all for loving and taking care of my little boy and for the kindness and compassion you showed me through the whole ordeal.

THE VERY BEST! I have been taking my pets to Northrock for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience - not once! The staff is amazing - professional yet really wonderful with the animals. Always willing and able to get you in if you need to see the vet - my dog has allergies and sometimes her symptoms just hit her out of the blue but they ALWAYS get her in for some relief. 5 stars every time!!

We have taken our dog Scrappy to Northrock Animal Hospital ever since we adopted her 7 years ago. She has had several severe health problems over the years and Northrock has always been absolutely amazing. Dr. Weidler is so kind and caring, as are all of the staff. Yes, this probably isn't the cheapest place to take your pet. But I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I really don't think Scrappy would still be with us today if it wasn't for Northrock.
