I've been taking my pets here for several years after I was referred by a friend. Many of my friends with pets use Pet Haven - the longest would be about a decade and I've been using them since 2006. The quality of care and cost have both been consistently excellent. I typically don't see a particular vet and I've never been concerned about it since I've had a good experience with each one I've seen - even the one that was just filling in while one was out of the office. The vet techs have been excellent too. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and care about animals too. One of the things that keeps me coming back is the level of trust I have with them. They never upsell or quilt. My experiences with two other vet clinics in town was lots of upselling through quilt and overcharging for services. The fact that when I walk in I know they are going to give me advice, information and then allow me to make my own choice is a huge deal. That makes me trust them when they say - I recommend that you do this. I recommend Pet Haven to anyone looking for a vet in Wichita. Consistently excellent, caring, affordable.

We have been seeing Pet Haven 13th St. for 20 years. Everyone there is very friendly caring people. They have seen us through life and death with what we call our kids. We have had Dogs, Cats, Birds, Hamsters and Ferrets. They are very Professional and Knowledgeable. I have recommend them to anyone I know that has hairy kids. I Thank Them Very Much for all they have help us with.

Pet Haven has been taking care of our fur babies for over 10 years and we wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else. They are friendly and caring. When our baby Cinnamon (10 yrs old) got sick with Cancer, they went above and beyond to try to save her and did everything they could to make her comfortable when it became clear she was going to lose her battle. When we adopted Ziggy, the first place I called was Pet Haven for her well pet check. The staff there is awesome and I appreciate everything they have done for us.

Every time I have gone the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. They were especially helpful after we adopted a stray. They have always been flexible with scheduling too. It's obvious that everyone there cares about animals and their health. I highly recommend this place!

Sara Jane loves Pet Haven. Recently she has been into to see the vet more than we like. They are always friendly and professional even in touchy situations. thank goodness Sara Jane ended up ok.
