I was impressed with everyone at West Wichita Pet Clinic. .Dr. Greg Reichenberger took extra time with myself and my new dog Hundley. Doctor gave me helpful information to training my puppy to obey. I loved that the staff at West Wichita Pet Clinic did no press any name brand dog food, flea treatment, or extra testing that my dog did not necessarily need at the time of our visit. I will return for all of Hundleys needs.

Cooper loves his "women" at doggy day care. Everyone is friendly and I know that cooper is in good hands while I'm at work. I'm not sure if he wants to leave in the evenings!

Note to other reviews like all things in life you get what you pay for and all kennels in town require a kennel cough vac. I been going to this Clinic for 6 years and never been told anything but the truth. The staff and the Doc are caring people who tell the truth, even if finding out takes a test or two. I don't know about others but my pets are part of my family and worth the extra time the Doctor is willing to spend on finding the correct treatment instead of throwing meds and hoping. If you love your animals then try West Wichita out.

Dr. Riechenberger was patient will all of my questions. My dog was comfortable around the doctor. With the exception of one employee in training, the staff seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. I do not believe he is the cheapest vet in town, but I am very happy with his service. He and his staff reminded me to get a rabies shot, but did not try to "up sell" me on stuff we did not need. I showed up early to my appointment and the doctor saw us right away, (my last vet I had to wait 15 min after the appointment time every time).
