Used to be so amazing but sadly things have been going downhill. There is one staff member I believe her name to be Kim who is very rude and needs to learn how to treat animals and people. The other staff members including the new guy are great. Aside from that staff member it seems that while the Dr. does care he has become obsessed with money and is not as genuine as he used to be. I have heard him scream and yell while in the back and worry about what could be going on with my pets of his poor staff. Again he is amazing as a vet but really needs to get back to his roots and not obsess over money, teach certain staff members manners and have her watch her co-workers and learn from them. Finally anger management is a must from what myself and other people have heard while at the office.
