We have been taking our pets to Dr. Hornback and his staff for 14 years. He and his staff have always put the needs of our pets out front. I must say that some of the problems that one of our pets had was very rare and Dr. Hornback's professionalism superseded expectations in that he researched, consulted with specialists, etc. to be able to care the very best for our pet that he could. I have never felt uncomfortable calling to ask even the most supercilious question because every care and concern is handled with professionalism and genuine affection.

Warm and friendly service. They treat your pet with care. I had no worries about leaving my pet with them. They keep you informed and make sure your pet is up to date with all of their shots. Great Service. Shadow loves going there to be pampered :)

They take great care of my best friend Moe. He's had some knee issues and they've gotten him on the best path for a big bow legged dog. Good people.

I took my eight year old cat Gracie to this office for grooming and shots. She requires sedation for most any procedure, as she has been declawed on all four paws and will try to bite. I informed the staff of this when I made the appointment and again when I took her in. When I picked her up, a technician presented a list of things Gracie needed to have taken care of on her next visit, including a oral-nasa fistula and dental care for her peridontal disease. I was unaware she suffered from either of these. After I got Gracie home and was able to check her over, I noticed she was missing her front left canine. I immediately called the office and spoke with the same technician. This young lady told me I was mistaken, Gracie was missing the tooth when I brought her in ! I know any one of several things could have happened which would result in Gracie losing her tooth, but I also know my cat had all four canines when I took her in and three when I brought her home. For the staff to tell me differently is beyond anything I have ever experienced.
