Dr. Walls has been taking care of my Lucy since we found her on the side of the road, injured and limping. That was 10 years ago this coming summer and they have kept my (older) pup in great shape! Caring staff and definitely the most reasonably priced vet i have ever known. We live in Lexington and still make the trip to come over.

I love this place. They always fit me in at the last minute and are very friendly. I've been taking my dog and 4 cats there for years and they have no issues. In fact, my dog can't wait to get into their doors. :) If they seem unfriendly to some (per the below posts)...who doesn't once in a while ? We all have bad days. I"ve personally never had an issue with the staff being unfriendly or uncaring.

For five years with various animals I have just been over-all very unimpressed with this veterinary office. The staff seems nice enough and they were able to fit me in last minute for an emergency, which is why I am giving them one star, but they as a whole seem uncaring and very unconcerned. Phone calls are put on hold for over three minutes, and treatment plans are not checked up on and improved if they need to be. I do not know if they are just burnt out, have too many patients or are just in it for the money now, but something needs to change. I am not a patient there anymore.

Dr. Walls has been my vet for a long time! Very dependable and kind. In response to Dog mom's unhappy comment- My dog got hit by a car and was on the verge of death one night and Dr. Walls came in at 11pm to see him quickly. The staff and vets have been very caring when we have lost a pet and are always very helpful. cheapest prices in richmond for the best quality!

The staff and Drs at BPAC have been taking care of my dogs and cats for over 12 years. The care and service have been excellent. I always feel they don't charge enough for all I've received.
