I am used to much better service where I'm from, but I guess you get what you pay for. It's a large office with several vets. I do not think their cleanliness is the best, as they did not wipe down the table before I brought my dog in, and it looked like it had been used previously. The front desk staff are all very nice, but the doctor did not even bother to introduce himself or ask us any questions when he saw us. In fact, we barely exchanged more than ten words and I saw him for maybe 2 minutes when he came in and whisked my dog away for a back room examination, and then when he came back to return my dog and to tell me she "didn't seem to have an ear infection." They did not even bother to take an ear swab to confirm. He never made eye contact with me once. This place is cheap and fast, so you can take that either way. It is a clinic obviously based on quantity, not so much quality. Good for cheap, easy fixes like vaccinations and heartworm testing. Not so much for examinations or any other problems though. Good hours, good price, bad service. If you guys think this place is great for the service, then you obviously have never had truly good service. I recommend trying an AAHA animal hospital and see the difference.
