After numerous attempts to work with them and thousands of dollars we trusted them with our credit card information so when we had to leave town on family emergencies they had payment . We always paid for services rendered. We found ourselves in Dallas and being told our animals were refused boarding as they destroyed our information and didn't feel the need to contact us. Further,we buried 3 dogs under their care in three years. Two were under 10.
