Great people, great service, great front staff. Very knowledgeable. Their prices are low compared to many of the other clinics around. I am forever grateful for them saving my dear Snuggles after he was hit by car and had to have his leg amputated. The staff was so sweet when I was such a wreck. I would always recommend them to my friends and family!!

I picked up my dog after a three night stay and she was matted in her own urine. Her fur is so matted we may have to shave it. They claimed it may have been an accident the morning I picked her up, but this has never happened before at any other boarding kennel, and her fur is matted, not just soaked in urine. It is disgusting and they don't need a staff change, they need to be closed down. Luckily for them, a lawyer didn't get involved because they refunded me completely. I could have gotten the same effect from just leaving her alone in my bathroom all weekend if that was what I wanted. DON'T board your animals here.

Dr. Welch and his staff are always very friendly and comforting. They have provided me with excellent customer services and knowledge.

Bad experience at this place. First of all, they will NOT take appointments, so it is a first come, first serve basis only. I arrived early Saturday morning for my cat's first visit. These people took every other person who arrived AFTER me because they recognized the faces. My cat was so distraught after waiting in his carrier for over an hour that the last thing he wanted was someone poking at him. The lady vet was scared to death of my cat. She hurried and gave him his shots and did not do anything else. POOR care and service for over $100.
