No offense, but the others who give this vet bad reviews are either trolls or will never be happy with anything. All of our pets have gone here and they have been nothing but caring and informative. Have even had the vet herself call us on vacation when our dogs were boarded there (and having their checkups as well) to let us know about a worsening heart murmur and a bladder infection that one of our dogs had. We had to put down 2 of our beloved cats (3 years apart), and the vets there were very, very caring and understanding at how emotionally distressing it was for us. Yes, there is one vet there that I do not care for (an older man who just seems like he needs to retire because he's not very nice), but all of the others, including the staff, have been nothing but nice. They are very busy and the front desk is understaffed, so there is a wait to pay or check in.

My husband brought our beloved baby boy (jager our boxer) because he was acting super funny. They were very patient and kind and treated him well. Everyone was very nice and caring and we felt extremely comfortable. The Vet was very kind. Their over all experience was good. The price was amazing as well. I did go in another time earlier to this to purchase Cap star for my dog and cat and they were overly busy. Felt like I stood at the front counter forever while people walked around the front desk without making eye contact or asking what I needed. So I guess its hit or miss.

Inept vets and unfriendly staff. Failed to diagnose a feline after numerous (and expensive) visits. I go elsewhere and have much better results and service.

Ok for basics. Not overly service oriented. No instructions left for my elderly feline after being put under anesthesia for abscessed tooth.. I was furious and scared to find her disoriented for hours and covered in her urine. Unable to diagnose a bad heart murmur in another of ours. Much happier elsewhere.

My pets receive excellent care and the doctors were nice. The price is great also and the hours are convenient, but the front staff are unfriendly-more than unfriendly-RUDE. If it were not for the quality care and the price, I would not go back.
