Awesome Vet. I would never bring my animals anywhere else. Dr. Pfister has gone above and beyond to give my pets excellent care espicially in emergency situations. The entire staff here is caring, very friendly and extremely professional.

The vet is a good vet; however, their business practices are questionable. On two occasions, the performed services without my prior approval and then charged me twice of what I was originally quoted. The first time, I thought it was an oversight, but the second time I realized that performing unnecessary services and exams on my pets was a customary practice. $1000 dollars later we had a dog with dry skin, and a dog with a sprained leg. I would make sure that they give you a written estimate, and make sure that they call you before they do whatever they want at whatever the cost to you. At the time you have to pay, it becomes an act of extortion, and I find that unethical.

Pro - Nice facility, easy to get an appointment, staff seems caring. Vet seems truly concerned with pet well being Cons - charges 50-75% more than other vets, "human" pharmacy or reliable Pet Rx for meds. Doesn't explain what immunizations he is giving and why. Called 123112 (today) to follow-up on something and the call was answered by the emergency hospital who had no idea when this vet would again be open nor how I could leave a message.

Dr. Pfister is always ready and willing to care for my dog and my families pets. I have been going to him for over a year now, and have refered him to several family members who feel the same. I have boarded my dog a couple times when going on vacation, the boarding facility looks great. It's always clean, and smells wonderful! Not what I expected, or have seen at previous boarding facilities. The staff is always more than willing to help with any problems or questions I may have. They all are very friendly and curtious, and take excellent care of my pet. My dog is always happy to see everyone, I can tell they spend one on one time with my her. I greatly appreciate their time and efforts and will continue to bring my pets to them. Thank you Cypress Point!

We have been going to this veterinarian clinic for the past six years. We have found this vet to be very professional with a deep concern for our two dogs, which are getting older and now require more medical attention. The staff has been very professional and always prompt with our appointments. I find that his charges are very reasonable and well within line with other vets after talking with other family members.
