I cannot say enough about the wonderful vets, staff, and facilities at Monroe Animal Health. From the first appointment my puppy and I had there I have felt confident that we were receiving the best care and attention. We have seen Dr. Nicole West who is a very knowledgeable and experienced vet and always willing to go out of her way to make herself available for me and my pup, and as a result my pup is happy and healthy (I always get compliments on how pretty and well-cared for she looks ;). A+++ for these guys!

My wife and I were traveling through from California when our mastiff had a life threating ailment occur the Dr.s and staff were very professional and seemed to truely care for our situation they were able to stabilize our pet with an emergency surgery .We would have lost our family pet without their quick diagnosis and actions. I have used this vet group for 15 years. They've treated 15 of my animals, many with chronic, odd diseases, some with the bumps and cuts that come with canine and feline living..These vets provided the most outstanding care I could imagine-better than well known and much more expensive university vet clinics that I have tried. Occasionally, they have worked seeming miracles. Dr. White is an exceptional clinician and surgeon. He is immensely empathetic, diagnostically astute, and simply a caring person. Although he had some big shoes to fill when Dr. Cummings passed away, he succeeded through his talent and pet-friendliness. Unlike some other vets in town, you never get the idea that this group is there primarily to run up your tab. Every test is explained. Nothing unnecessary is ordered. He does not pressure you into procedures that you do not intend to have performed. His major concern is the best interests of the animal, not his profit. One example: Through the years he has advised me quite frankly that I should not pursue heroic measures on at least three of my animals. He made it clear that the comfort and dignity of my pets superseded my hopes to have them around a bit longer. He could have made more money off of me. I would have gladly paid. But he did not because he and his partners have the utmost integrity and are committed to the pets they treat. When the time is right, Dr. White performs necessary euthanasia with the propriety and dignity one would hope for in saying farewell to a long time friend. That is true class. If I could give ten stars, I would. This is a class operation. .
