The tech who helped the vet was wonderful. My wife took my cat there because I felt that he was loosing a lot of weight. The veterinarian was very condescending and didn't listen to her when she was trying to explain my cat's history. They trimmed my cat's claws with out asking me. They performed an action that wasn't life saving with out her permission. When she asked them how much it would cost and pricing they did not explain anything until it was time to pay. Personally I have been to multiple vet offices and after hearing this story I will never take any of my animals back to this hospital. Don't take your pets here.

Saw Dr. Geissert years ago and not a fan at all, but glad I stayed with the facility - which is very clean, receptionist super nice, staff all friendly (other than Geissert). I highly recommend Dr. Maria Cloherty. Really friendly and great with my cats. She took the time to explain things and listened well. She also discussed things to look out for as the cats age, etc. She was really informative without talking down. Dr. Cloherty is great!
