This place is terrible. I brought my poor 17 year old cat in to be examined, and left to return to work. They were supposed to call me before starting any tests or treatment, because as I told the vet, the cat was 17 years old and I did not have unlimited resources. Without checking with me for authorization they did all sorts of tests--more than $400 in charges! When I called to ask how my cat was doing, they told me she was dead! "What happened?" I asked. The vet told me he didn't know, because he had gone out to bring his son to a soccer game. What a terrible person! What an unscrupulous business!

I would trust Concord Animal Hospital with my dogs or cats any time... they have taken care of 3 of my dogs and 2 of my cats so far, and have handled situations from regular checkups to a broken leg. Highly recommended.
