We took our cat to VCA Everett and had a very nice experience! The waiting room was clean and calming for the pets and their administrative staff was helpful and gracious. The technician who took vitals, weight, etc was gentle and calm, in addition to the veterinarian (Dr. Lightbody) who was careful and gentle with our timid cat. She took her time with us and made sure to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns, which we very much appreciated. I also liked that they had all of their exam and vaccine fees available in each waiting room, and we were willing to draw up fair quotes for specialized procedures. We felt that their prices were very fair considering the area - in fact, we brought our cat to VCA Brookline last year and felt that they were higher priced and not up front about their prices or procedures (I was quoted $600 to clean the cat's teeth!). All in all, going to VCA Everett was a wonderful practice and I look forward to going back routinely.
I have been taking my fuzzy one to this place for years--despite the fact that I have moved further up the North Shore and it is now a bit of a drive to get there we remain loyal clients. The front desk staff are knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. The veterinary technicians we have encountered similarly have been uniformly warm and proactive in managing my dog's care. As she has progressed well into her teens now, I feel like my "senior pet" is getting comprehensive and compassionate care at the VCA in Everett. She never qualms at getting into the car to go there as she knows that she will be treated gently and well.
We have been going to VCA since 2006 and we love it. All of the Veterinarians are great, but Dr. Cosman is my very favorite. He is really terrific. Thank you so very much Dr Cosman for everything you have done for me and my Big Boy Roscoe. You are the greatest!
I have nothing but great things to say about these vets! Unlike other, more expensive animal hospitals that care more about money, they really put the animals first. I've had great experiences with all the vets there. All the staff are very caring and kind to my cats.
Pro's: Kind and friendly staff and doctors Good small pet care Off-Street Parking "OK" prices Late-evening appointments Con's: Uncomfortable waiting room (wood benches with no back support) Exam rooms could be cleaner
