I wouldn't trust my dog, Harry to just anyone. I am very impressed with the care and concern of these professionals

We started using FAH 25 years ago after we adopted 2 feral kitties from Framingham humane Society. The litter had spent time at FAH for socialization and Dr. Nord remembered them immediately! We were very happy with the care and staff. We changed to another vet closer to home. However we are back because to us, FAH is the best.

We recently moved to Framingham and I received a recommendation for this animal hospital from a co-worker. He has been taking his pets here for 16 years - and I can see why! We recently made the very painful decision to have one of our cats put to sleep. He had a very aggressive form of cancer and we did not want him to suffer. I completely appreciate the compassionate and conservative approach Dr. Monroe took with our pet. She was completely diligent in getting a second opinion for us, providing us with all of our options in clear terms, and handled both us and our pet with compassionate care. We also got our first dog and the staff provided us with so much infomation on training and feeding and other care considerations. We could not be happier.

We have been using Framingham Animal Hospital for 16 years. We have had our two dogs cared for there and have taken many foster animals.To the tune of thousands of dollars. From minor emergencies to putting our companions down, they are skilled. While their technical know how is unquestionable, unfortunately I have to agree that the cage side manner leaves much to be desired. The older desk staff is cold and nasty and even MEAN!. Even to the point of unwelcoming and rude at times. The younger folks there who have yet to be jaded are very nice. However, just don't have to much expectation to walk away with that warm, fuzzy feeling that can make difficult experiences more bearable. They seem to miss the point when it comes to treating the entire family. Not just the pet. You will also pay top dollar for their care.
