I've been taking my three pets (two dogs and a cat) here for over three years and always had a positive experience. I've only ever had minor issues with their pick-up policies (miss the time by even 15 minutes and they'll charge you for another day). But when it comes to the care of my animals, I trust them thoroughly.

I love this place. Clean, doesn't smell like dog. They really love dogs. You can tell when you arrive with your dogs. One of our dogs is a nervous baby when he goes there but they are super patient with him. Our second dog is very social and eager to see the folks that work there. The people that work there are "dog people" for sure. I have recommended to friends who have been pleased also.

I have a small maltese that needed grooming bc of matts on his chest. He is 1.5 year old and it took us around one year to get his facial long enough that was not poking to his eye. My husband gave detail instructions about not cutting any facial hair and top knot to groomer and despite that the hair between his eyes and nose was shaved, besides that I hate the way his looks has changed, the poor dog will have to suffer from eye infection and pain for another year. Unless this is her way of making us to take him there every 2 weeks for shave which was not my plan. I tried to speak to them and couldn’t reach the groomer but woman name Amanda would speak over an unhappy customer and was least helpful. Even Petco groomers are better than this place.

I brought my two dogs here a couple years ago (maybe things have changed) and had an awful experience. I dropped them off with kibble, canned food, and had paid for extra services (outside time for one dog and lap time for the other). They were also groomed while they were there. The only good thing I can say is my flight was delayed and they closed at 6pm on Sunday and two women stayed until I could get there around 620 to get my dogs. When I picked up my dogs one had a nail bleeding from the grooming (I get it - it happens, but I mentioned it because he was bleeding on the floor, on me when he jumped on me, there was blood on the bed she was carrying from their cage - she said "oh I didn't even notice"). Then they handed me back a FULL container of kibble. So... what did my dogs eat for 5 days?? I spent a lot of time researching the best dog food I could find and didn't want them eating some other crap. Aside from the fact that anyone who owns a dog should know you can't change their food abruptly without them getting sick. It was late and I was tired and they were closed so I didn't even ask I just rushed out of there. When I got home I noticed my goldendoodle had cuts all over him from where he was clipped during grooming. I'll be honest - he was a little matted when I dropped them off, but you don't cut his skin. Also, the bottoms of both ears were crusted in blood because she had cut too close and had cut his ears. It took him about a month for all his skin to get back to normal. He just kept scratching the areas she had cut him. I haven't been able to board my dogs since this experience. I'm terrified to leave them anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place for boarding OR grooming.

My husband and I celebrated our 3rd year wedding anniversary and we needed to board our pup. An anxious, shy, hyperactive pup may I add. I was nervous as this was his first time being boarded but the staff was so friendly, kind, and understanding and the kennel was nicer than our B&B! Most importantly our dog came back his crazy self, no changes to his personality. I highly recommend!
